Vocal score for Jenkins' setting of the Latin Gloria for chorus and piano
reduction of the orchestral score. Cast in four movements, it incorporates a
setting of Psalm 150 in Hebrew. A large-scale festival piece commissioned by
the Really Big Chorus for performance at London's Royal Albert Hall. From the
composer of Adiemus and The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace, the Gloria follows
his more recent, highly effective settings of the Te Deum and Stabat Mater.
Suitable for choirs of intermediate standard and above.
